a dictionary is a book containing words alphabetically arranged along with information about their form,pronunciation,function,etymologies and meaning

فرهنگ لغت کتاب حاوی کلمات بر اساس حروف الفبا به همراه اطلاعات در فرم خود، تلفظ، تابع، ریشه شناسی و معنای مرتب شده است.

There are general dictionaries of english and other  languages and specialized subject dictionaries  in fields such as  business,law,medicine,etc.

می لغت نامه عمومی انگلیسی و دیگر زبان ها و لغت نامه های موضوع تخصصی در زمینه های کسب و کار، حقوق، پزشکی، و غیره وجود دارد

Thus,one can say that dictionary is one of the most important books for those who are interested in language in general,and by those who are interested in foreign language in particular.


بنابراین، می توان گفت که فرهنگ لغت یکی از کتاب های مهم برای کسانی که علاقه مند به زبان به طور کلی، و کسانی که علاقه مند به زبان خارجی به طور خاص می باشد.

Dictionaries are used to help students to locate the meanings of words.


واژه نامه ها استفاده می شود برای کمک به دانش آموزان برای قرار دادن

in most cases,one should try to figure out the meaning of words from the context in which they are used.


در اکثر موارد، باید سعی کنند بفهمند که معنای کلمات را از متنی که در آن استفاده می شود.

To guess the meaning of words,understanding the structure of the word-stem, suffixes, prefixes-and knowing derivations can be helpful.


برای حدس زدن معنی کلمه ها، درک ساختار کلمه، ساقه، پسوند، پیشوند و مشتقات دانستن می تواند مفید باشد.
If neither proves fruitful,the students is advised to consult a dictionary.
اگر نه ثابت می کند پربار، دانش آموزان توصیه فرهنگ لغت مشورت کنید.

Dictionaries  provide diffrent type of infomation about a given word

واژهنامهها ارائه نوع مختلف از اطلاعات در مورد یک کلمه داده شده است.

When looking up a dictionary,students should carefully read the information provided in the dictionary

هنگامی که به دنبال یک فرهنگ لغت، دانش آموزان باید با دقت خواندن اطلاعات ارائه شده در فرهنگ لغت

To find a word in a dictionary,the reader should know the order of alphabet because words are listed alphabetically

برای پیدا کردن یک کلمه در فرهنگ لغت، خواننده باید به ترتیب حروف الفبا می دانم چرا که واژه ها بر اساس حروف الفبا لیست شده

Furthermore,words are arranged alphabetically not only by the first letter,but also  by the second and subsequent letters.

علاوه بر این، واژه ها بر اساس حروف الفبا نه تنها با حرف اول، بلکه با حروف دوم و پس از آن مرتب شده اند.
